On December 8th, Playcation Minis will be visiting a local care home with children from our community- not just to perform, but to connect. This intergenerational initiative is designed to bring joy, warmth, and meaningful interaction between young children and elderly residents through a range of thoughtful activities.
In partnership with Benefit Mankind and local florist J’adore Fleur, children will first take part in a creative workshop where they’ll decorate plant pots, write heartfelt cards, and plant blooms with love. These gifts will then be hand-delivered during the care home visit, where children will spend time with the residents, share smiles, and take part in gentle, engaging activities that bridge generations.
